Yes, we recommend that you schedule an appointment. You may stop in without an appointment, but please realize we may not be able to assist you immediately.
Please bring your valid ID, driver’s license, or school ID to ensure your confidentiality. Friends and/or family are encouraged to come for your support. if your appointment is for STDs, we recommend drinking a bottle of water and not urinating before coming.
No, but we encourage you to talk with your parents regarding your sexual health issues.
Nope! All of our services are free and confidential, so you don’t need insurance.
We ask that you call us prior to your scheduled time; this allows us to see others if needed.
Yes, we encourage you to bring your significant other.
We don’t recommend it for testing appointments or Heritage Builders appointments.
We ask that you do not urinate 30 minutes prior to your appointment. Plan for 45 minutes for the first appointment and 30 minutes for the follow up.
Testing includes urine and blood tests that are sent to the CDD (Centers for Disease Detection).
Results will be ready in two to three business days at a follow up appointment. You cannot receive results over the phone or by text.
Plan on one hour for each appointment.
Diapers are given on a limited basis, no more than once a month.
Yes, we do try to schedule you with the same counselor to maintain continuity.
We use a simple urine hCG physician-grade test. It’s highly accurate, and can detect hormones in the urine even before a period is missed. We get the results in 4 minutes.
